Regarding any damages or any other issues, please make sure that you take a look at your order as soon as you get it and let me know ASAP if you find an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so I can check into it and fix it! Hopefully that never happens to any of your Sassy Swedes products!

Polymer clay is very lightweight and typically durable. It should not break upon dropping or impact. However, jewelry should still be handled gently and with care to last as long as possible.

Clay jewelry with detailed work, such as floral work, should be handled with more care. These details are much more delicate and fragile.

Keep your clay jewelry stored in a safe, dry, dark place. Chemicals can leave residue on the clay. Polymer clay is waterproof, but the metals of the jewelry typically are not.

If you do need to clean your clay jewelry. You can gently clean with a baby wipe, use a damp cloth with soap, or even a q-tip with acetone to gently wipe the surface. DO NOT use acetone on painted pieces, resin pieces, or dark colored pieces, as this can ruin the jewelry.

Avoid using chemicals, perfumes, jewelry cleaners, oils, and any other similar items on the jewelry.

If your jewelry includes brass, it will oxidize and tarnish. You can clean brass parts with ketchup, a mixture of vinegar and water, baking soda and lime juice, or any brass cleaner such as Brasso.

Avoid extreme heat.

Can I get a specific material?

If you have an allergy and can only wear a specific metal, please feel free to reach out to me! I will do what I can with the materials I have!

Will my item be the exact one on the website?

If there is 1 item available, you will have the exact one in the pictures. If there is more than 1 items available, there is variability due to the fact that each item is made one at a time. If there is high variability in the design, I do try to make note of that in the description of the jewelry. Again, reach out if you have a specific request in mind!
